Where permitted under the Rules, an arbitration decision may be reviewed by a private jury of twelve members.

If the parties have agreed to use Peacemaker Equity, begin by reading the application instructions and completing the Application Form. If there is no existing Peacemaker Equity clause, the parties may still jointly agree to submit the dispute.
