Simpler, Faster and Cheaper
Disagreements do not need to become complicated, expensive or destructive.
Peacemaker Equity provides a structured private process where both parties are heard, evidence is considered fairly and peaceful resolution is encouraged before formal judgment.
A clear pathway designed to resolve disputes peacefully wherever possible.
The parties first make a genuine attempt to resolve the disagreement directly and in good faith.
An impartial mediator helps the parties communicate, understand the issues and seek a voluntary resolution.
If mediation is unsuccessful, three impartial arbitrators hear both sides, consider the evidence and make a decision.
Where permitted under the Rules, an arbitration decision may be reviewed by a private jury of twelve members.
Plain-language rules and a process people can understand without unnecessary complexity.
Disputes are handled privately and respectfully, subject to the Peacemaker Equity Rules and applicable law.
Both sides are heard and decisions are guided by truth, fairness and the principles of Biblical Equity.
Biblical Equity applies timeless principles of justice reflected throughout Scripture to the circumstances of each dispute.
It considers truth, intention, conduct, responsibility, fairness, mercy and restoration.
The objective is not simply to determine who wins, but to seek a just and equitable outcome.
He who comes to equity must come with clean hands.
He who seeks equity must do equity.
Equality is equity.
Equity looks to intent rather than merely form.
Including a Peacemaker Equity clause in your contract establishes a clear dispute resolution process before a disagreement occurs.
The clause provides a pathway through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and, where permitted, Private Jury Review.
1. Negotiate
2. Mediate
3. Arbitrate
4. Private Jury Review
If your agreement contains a Peacemaker Equity clause, you can begin by contacting us and providing details of the dispute.
If your agreement does not contain the clause, the parties may still jointly agree to submit the matter to Peacemaker Equity.
Truth. Fairness. Accountability. Reconciliation.
“Blessed are the peacemakers:
for they shall be called the children of God.”
Matthew 5:9
